Banana Breakfast Muffins Recipe with Ready Brek – perfect for toddlers

The Breakfast of Champions! (kind of)

These banana muffins are a real hit as a breakfast treat or afternoon snack with my toodler! I made them in cupcake cases rather than muffin cases because they would have been a bit to big for him to eat in one go. They basically taste like little banana breads.


3 small bananas (mashed)
200g Greek Yoghurt
150ml sunflower oil
75g Runny Honey
3 Eggs
200g Plain Flour
1tsp baking powder
50g Ready Brek
Drop of needed to soften mixture.

Combine all of the ingredients and divide into muffins cases.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° (160° fan oven) for 25 minutes or until golden.
