This is a super simple high protein muffin recipe using protein powder instead of flour!
2 Soft Bananas,
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
3 tsp Clear Honey
3 tsp Smooth Peanut Butter
1st Baking Powder
4 scoops of Protein Powder (its best with vanilla)
Dark Chocolate chips optional
Its very simple.
Mash the bananas add all of the other ingredients except for chocolate chips if you’re including them blend the mixture until you get a smooth batter.
Add about 2-3 teaspoons of mixture to muffin cases and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes on 160°
The mixture should make around 10-12 muffins
